Tomorrow morning a new chapter in life opens up as I start a new position with Nickelodeon in Bentonville. It has been something that has been in the works for some time, but the reality of starting something new is finally setting in.

I have absolutely cherished my 7 years (yes, 7 years) at The Walt Disney Company, and while it was a difficult decision to say goodbye it was one of those times in life when this was just the right thing to do for so many reasons. During my time there I had the privilege of meeting some incredible people who are responsible for a lot of changes that have taken place in my life since I began there.

So, a new adventure begins tomorrow and I’m anxious to get started. I know that there are even more incredible people that I will come to meet and value as I join this new team, and that is exciting. I have the chance to build and create again, and I think I’m finding over the years that these are the environments where I thrive.

Happy to share more while sitting across a table, but wanted to pause for a moment to say thank you to my friends at Disney who have shaped and molded me over the years. It’s been a joy.
