Mike Rusch is a husband, father of four, and often finds himself living between the extremes of the world seeing the great need they have for each other.
Professionally, Mike is Vice President, Shopper Insights, Nickelodeon, MTVN Kids & Family Group. He has spent 14 years in the field of retail category management and shopper insights leveraging analytics and insights to return strong revenue results. Mike previously work for The Walt Disney Company as Director of Retail Analytics, Hershey Foods as a member of their Category Management field team and within the Information Systems Division of Walmart Stores, Inc.
Mike is a founding member of the Cobblestone Project, a community focused not for profit organization that seeks to engage people to care for the under-resourced in their communities by reestablishing the support structures that often fail leading to cycles of poverty. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Kidmia Foundation, Help End Local Poverty and Downtown Bentonville, Inc.
Mike graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics, and served four years in the US Marine Corps.
